How does it work?

If a patient becomes disconnected from their manufacturer’s website, the medical team is notified through the Implicity platform. Providers can easily enable the SMS function, alerting patients or caregivers immediately of their disconnection status.

The patient receives a link via text message with easy steps to reconnect to the application and where they can enter the reason for their disconnection*.

*Patients can also opt-out and disable the SMS option. In this case, the medical team receives an alert on the Implicity platform and the SMS option will be automatically de-activated.

Connectivity follow-up on the Implicity platform

The information provided by the patient is visible on the Implicity platform. The alert (if required) can be snoozed until the date indicated by the patient. If the patient reconnects, the alert will be archived automatically on the Implicity platform, without any action from your side.
